Thumb and worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones. They are usually in the shape of an oval and a thumb stone has a thumb-sized indentation. These stones are used for relaxation or anxiety relief and work by using a form of reflexology or nerve pressure that when rubbed promotes a feeling of calm and relaxation.
