Refund Policy

Orders are sent using Royal Mail and should take approximately 2-5 working days to arrive. Please remember all arrival dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.  

Items are not classed as 'lost' until 14 working days have passed (this does not include weekends or bank holidays) and there is nothing we can do until this time has elapsed. Requests for refunds or replacements will not be valid if the order was shipped more than 1 month ago.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order and then post the item back to us within 30 days of receiving your order including the date you received it. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage from your shipping provider for the return package, as we cannot give refunds if the returned package has gone missing in the post. In this instance it will be your responsibility to make a claim with your shipping provider. 

All post and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refunded. Once the item has been received and inspected (see below) a refund of the item cost alone will be made.

Please post the item back to us in the original condition and with adequate packaging, the returned item must be in the same condition as it was sent out and any items received that have been used or damaged will not be refunded. Once received and inspected please allow 5 working days for the refund to be made.

Damaged Items

Items damaged in transit will only be considered for replacement or refund if photographic evidence of the damaged item and it's original packaging is provided. This must be provided within 1 day of delivery, as this is a requirement of our postal service.
We cannot replace or refund items without this evidence.
Refunds or replacements may only be guaranteed if the fault is that of the postal company.
