Zincite & Franklinite (USA) Crystal Tumblestone - Rare Crystal - Collectors Crystal

Zincite & Franklinite are two significant minerals associated with the Franklin & Stirling Hill Mines in New Jersey, USA. Zincite, a zinc oxide mineral is known for its bright orange to red colour, which is a result of impurities of manganese oxide. It often forms in association with Franklinite, a zinc iron oxide mineral that can be found in a dark black colour with lustre or matt black. Franklinite is never fluorescent but Zincite sometimes does show a yellow fluorescent response under UV light.

Zincite is believed to ignite the fire within us and is associated with transformation and personal power, whilst Franklinite promotes mental clarity and focus and grounds us in the moment to then allow us to move forward with purpose.
