Ussingite Crystal Tumblestone
Ussingite is a rare sodium aluminium silicate mineral, discovered in 1914 by Danish mineralogist, Ove Balthasar Bøggild but then named in 1915 to honour the prominent Danish mineralogist Niels Viggo Ussing (1864–1911). It has only been found in a handful of places worldwide, namely Greenland, Russia and Canada.
This beautiful crystal that comes in shades of pink to lavender and a range of violet hues is often referred to as the "Stone of the Soul" or the "Violet Ray" and is believed to promote spiritual purification; to promote a harmonious and balanced state of being - self-awareness; enabling individuals to release past grievances and embrace a more compassionate and forgiving mindset - and finally, emotional balance; that encompasses self-love and an acceptance of oneself - just as you are.

Tumbling these stones may polish off some of these imperfections but not always all of them.**
