The term Jade can refer to two different stones, Nephrite and Jadeite. Lavender Jade is a one of the rarest and most sought-after purple variety of Jadeite. It is a sodium-aluminum silicate rock, and the purple color of Lavender Jade is attributed to traces of Manganese. It is also known as Lilac Jade or Dream Stone.

Lavender Jade is said to be the Stone of the Angels and a stone of spiritual purification making it a wonderful meditative stone. It is a stone of calm amidst the storm and its gentle and soothing vibrations can help us feel safe and protected in order to face our fears, release negative emotions and to move forward as a person.
