Crystals For Menopause

This little selection box contains 6 different tumbled stones all carefully chosen for their energies that are believed to support the period of transformation and change associated with the menopause.

Crystals included are;

- LABRADORITE: The Stone of Transformation & Change itself, is believed to ease anxiety and fear that can be common during the menopausal period whilst also helping to regulate and balance hormones.
- LEPIDOLITE: This beautiful stone contains high levels of lithium, a common ingredient in mood stabilizing medication and thus lepidolite is believed to help alleviate mood swings and support emotional balance.
- MOONSTONE: Another great hormone balancer that is believed to help stabilize emotions, regulate temperature with its cooling effect and promote peace of mind.
- LAPIS LAZULI: Eases stress and fear and is believed to be helpful in alleviating insomnia and encouraging a peaceful sleep.
- GREEN AVENTURINE: Has calming and harmonizing qualities that soothe anxiety and emotional instability to promote emotional balance.
- CITRINE (Heat Treated): This happy, energetic stone is full of optimism and joy but is also believed to ease hormonal flushes and energize the whole body.

Box measures approx. 10 x 7 x 2cms and insert is a plastic tray. Each tumblestone will measure approx. 15-25mm. You will also receive a small card with detailing the crystals included.
