Black Obsidian Tumblestone

Black obsidian doesn't have a crystalline structure but is a naturally occurring volcanic glass.  It is formed when felsic lava erupts from a volcano and cools so rapidly that crystal growth is inhibited, resulting in smooth, shiny, and reflective black volcanic glass. 

This beautiful volcanic rock is known as a "stone of truth" and a spiritual bodyguard. It has protective, grounding and self reflection energies.
