Seven Chakra Natural Crystal Set

This set contains seven different crystals that are associated with the seven different chakras. These particular crystals are believed to be some of the best crystals for helping to clear any blockages in that chakra and for helping to provide balance within that  chakra's energy field.

Chakra is an ancient meditation practice and the word "Chakra" comes from an old Sanskrit word meaning ‘wheel'.

There are 7 main chakras along the spine that are responsible for 7 different centres of energy. Each chakra is connected to an area of the body and an emotional state. It is believed that by balancing these energies your emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing will be enhanced.

Crystals included;
Root: First Chakra - Raw Red Jasper to cleanse, maintain balance and energize the body.
Sacral: Second Chakra - Raw Carnelian to inspire and give support for all new ventures.
Solar Plexus: Third Chakra - Raw Citrine (heat treated) promoting success and self confidence.
Heart: Fourth Chakra - Raw Green Aventurine for emotional comfort and healing.
Throat: Fifth Chakra - Raw Lapis Lazuli activates, energizes, balances and encourages self awareness.
Third Eye: Sixth Chakra - Amethyst Cluster offering wisdom, healing and protection.
Crown: Seventh Chakra - Raw Clear Quartz for spiritual and mental clarity.
