Agate is a very fine grained form of Quartz that grows within volcanic lava bubbles known as geodes. Diamond saws are used to slice the Agate it is then ground to remove any imperfections then polished and dyed to enhance and display the beautiful natural banding within. Most Agate comes from Brazil.

Agate promotes inner stability, composure, and maturity. Its warm, protective properties encourage security and self-confidence. A good grounding stone to balance energies and soothe and calm.

Cylinder measures approx. 9cms tall by 3.5cms diameter.
