Menopause Roll On - Don't Sweat It
This aromatherapy roll on "Don't Sweat It" has been curated to support women during the transitional period of the menopause with all of its associated symptoms. It is handmade and hand blended and consists of four carefully chosen essential oils carried in a base dispersal oil of grapeseed. Grapeseed oil is lightweight, easily absorbed by the skin, and has a neutral scent.
**Please be aware the oils used within these blends have been bottled in a production area that uses nuts.**
A beautiful Blue Sodalite crystal roller ball has been used and merges its own unique crystal energies with the essential oil blend and these are released as it is gently rolled onto the skin. Blue Sodalite has a beautiful calming and soothing energy that is believed to help restore emotional balance during times of hormonal changes.
The essential oils used are blended with a base oil of grapeseed and are;
- Lavender: Believed to support a decrease in menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and headaches.
- Chamomile: The most commonly used herb during the menopause due to its oestrogenic properties.
- Clary Sage: Promotes muscle relaxation, aids sleep, sedates body and mind and supports temperature control and hot flashes.
- Sandalwood: A soothing oil that calms the physical and emotional body to help alleviate menopausal symptoms.
If you are not familiar with crystal aromatherapy roller balls please be aware they are not like proprietary roll on's. Aromatherapy oils are delivered in specific and tested dilutions and carried in a pure base oil so are not watered down and thus, the crystal roller ball moves more slowly and only a measured amount of fluid is released at a time to ensure an even application.
Roll on contains 10ml.
