Ritual Baths are relaxing as well as healing and all of the individual components of this bathing experience emit energies and healing properties that benefit mind, body and spirit. It is a time and space to be with yourself, for yourself and to infuse the bathing experience with intentions. Water is energetically healing, as well as cleansing and is renown for its therapeutic nature and this beautifully curated bath ritual allows you to take full advantage of this.

This NEW MOON moon bathing ritual combines aromatherapy, with crystals and botanicals to utilize the healing benefits of them all and create an extra special experience. The New Moon is a time of new beginnings, a time to set out our hopes and dreams. As this new lunar phase begins, we set intentions, and goals to work towards as the moon waxes toward fullness. It is a time of reflection when we consider the direction we wish to grow and move towards and a time of attraction where we invite new things and new ways of being into our lives by connecting with the moons energy.

CRYSTALS: Crystals have amazing healing properties and when placed in water their individual vibrations cause the water to take up their energy patterns. This ritual contains SMOKY QUARTZ and LABRADORITE tumblestones. Smoky Quartz protects our energy during the darkness of the New Moon and is believed to have the power to absorb negative energy and transform it into something positive. Labradorite with its magical iridescent flashes is a stone of transformation and supports change whilst helping us trust our intuition.

BOTANICALS: DRIED ROSE, LAVENDER, CHAMOMILE, HIBISCUS, MINT are all included and in the botanical world it is believed that the healing energies of these plants, can cleanse unwanted energies, promote calm and grounding, and help realign with what's most important to you.

CANDLE: Lavender Tealight.

AROMATHERAPY PRODUCTS: The aromatherapy products used are HIMALAYAN SALTS which contain over 84 different minerals, that our bodies need to stay healthy and these are infused into the body through dermal absorption whilst simply soaking in the bath. Also included is a BATH MELT (made using essential oils of Lavender, Bergamot and Sweet Orange, Sweet Almond Oil and Cocoa and Shea butters with Coconut and Wheatgerm oils and Lavender), which has been created to be relaxing, calming and also to provide a healthy dose of hydrating oils and butters to that thirsty skin.

Full instructions will be included and there is enough product included for one bath ritual.

WARNINGS;

- HIBISCUS: Hibiscus flowers are often intercropped with peanuts. Occasionally fragments of peanut shells are present. Caution for individuals with severe peanut allergies
- BATH MELTS: Oils used have been bottled in a production area that uses nuts, and are made using Sweet Almond Oil.
- ESSENTIAL OILS: If pregnant, suffering from any medical condition or taking medication, consult a health care practitioner before use.
- CHILDREN: These products are not suitable to be used by children.
