I Am Brave - Five Affirmation Crystals in a beautifully printed Linen Bag
Affirmations are positive little statements that foster self empowerment and help challenge negative thoughts. They are used are used promote a positive mental attitude in the belief that this in turn will lead to a new found confidence in our outlook and own self worth.
These five crystals have all been chosen for their metaphysical properties which support bravery and thus self esteem. The most important relationship any of us will ever have is with ourselves and the quality of that relationship sets the tone for how we relate to others. Learning to be the best version we can of ourselves is essential and these little crystals will help support you with their vibrations of bravery and confidence.
Crystals included are;
RED JASPER: The stone of the warrior that gives us the courage to deal with difficult situations.
GREEN AVENTURINE: Provides strength, confidence, courage and optimism and pushes us to take what we want from life without fear.
BLOODSTONE: Known for its ability to instill courage and bravery - The Stone of Courage.
CARNELIAN: Motivates us to take action and provides energies of endurance and confidence whilst dispelling self doubt.
HEMATITE: Boosts self esteem and endows us with courage, strength and vitality to overcome fear and anxiety.
The five crystals come presented in a small linen, drawstring bag printed with the affirmation "I Am Brave" and two small cards as pictured.
Each tumblestone will measure approx. 15-25mm and the bag measures approx. 9 x 6cm. The photos show examples of the tumblestones and not the exact ones you will receive.
